This number should be removed from your data base. I called sky and was charged for this call and calls to sky are free, I am very unhappy and will file a report to OFcom.

I think this is scandalous as its free to call sky yet I have been charged to ring this number???

I too called this number as a sky customer and was charged.  I feel this is most unfair - are they not charging us enough?

Called sky to cancel my tv, broadband etc as it was too expensive, and get lumbered with a £6.05 bill for the priviledge even though free calls were in my package! Absolutely outrageous, DONT RING THIS NUMBER!

Phoned Sky to complain that they are too expensive and to downgrade my channels and I can not believe that they have the cheek that to increase their bill by another £5 again this year even though they are making billions in Europe.Now to add insult to injury I find it has cost me £7.73 on my phone bill.I will cancel it completely online.

Before you call ANY Company on an 0844, 0845,  0870,  or  0871 number or their 03 equivalents why not go to http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php  and have a look for ways round such numbers?   You can find freephone numbers and others within you allowances to save from being ripped off.

My son used my home phone to cancel his sky as it was too expensive...I was charged £10.49!!! Disgusting I will also be contacting OFcom

Sky are still pulling this scam, cost me £21.17. There was no mention of being charged for this call.
