cold call, the phone went dead. 1471 the number but didn't call them back its a 0845 number! it'll cost me!

cold calls keep coming in from this number and its driving me mad. Everytime I pick up the phone goes dead. I work from home which is difficult when the phone is constantly ringing...irritating!

Kitchen Direct .... Bloody Bosters call more than 5 times a day. I think they have no business except to disturb persons

Even though I have quite politely told this company that I have now have my new kitchen and dont wish for them to contact me anymore, They are still ringing me 3-4 times a week. I find their work staff very rude and abrupt when you are not interested in their offers. Totally unprofessional.

I asked for a free catlouge in Oct 07 and they still keep calling even though I told them not to...about 10 times now!

They're making marketing calls...go to their website and unsubscribe.

I just received a call from them, they have rang me twice. I told them to [***]!!!!!

kitchens direct have a free fone number of 0800123321 so keep calling them back with abuse as I do, its free and good for the soul as they pay for the call, I call at least 10 times a day. I also return the mailshots, which I deface, in the prepaid envelopes as once again they pay for this. Lets all do it and they will get the message.

Kitchens Direct eh?  I got rid of them from my landline but they have started pestering my mobile now.  I took M.B.'s advice and visited their website and unsubscribed from them for marketing purposes.  Never gave out my mobile number to them in the first place though!!

KITCHENS DIRECT. I mean no offence to fellow sufferers who have received calls from this totally pathetic, unprofessional, cowboy company, but if you respond to these merchants of misery then to be honest, if you've previously read the comments on this site then you are your own worst enemy.
These people have only one aim in mind, to seperate you from your cash. Don't contact them, don't invite sales people into your home, don't respond to unsolicited sales calls of any description. If you do make the mistake (probably out of curiosity) of returning a missed call make sure your outgoing call does not reveal your telephone number.
If you want a new 'ANYTHING' big (i.e.,Kitchen)search the yellow pags, internet, or business directories, have a quote get another two, check customer references, how long they've been in business. Ltd Company? check out Company House. You can see for free how long they have existed. A little caution and a little self protective investigation could potentially avoid a whole pile of sorrow.
Kick the cowboys out don't give them your business.

Got a call from this number around 4PM today.

Phoned the 0800 123321 number to confirm that this was their number and called their head office on 01618722422 to speak to someone in charge of phone number databases to ask them to take my number off their system. He said OK (we shall see ...) and was terse and businesslike about the whole thing - not UNpleasant, but not especially helpful either.

Closed by saying that I hoped I had wasted as much of his afternoon as they had of mine.

3rd "missed" call today a bit of a pest,the more hassle I get the less likely I will be to ever buy from them-gies peace!

Got a call from them on my mobile at 8.10pm this evening. I just hung up as soon as I heard the sales person say "Kitchens Direct" I've never contacted them before so don't know how they got my mobile number.
