I called this number to have my points updated.
Only to find I was charged.£3.53 to call Boots..
This is scandalous.
A big company like boots.!
The co op and other organisations don't charge anything to ring them to update points etc.

The number is for Boots customer service - a disgusting organisation! Will cost you to talk to their customer service team when they are at fault to begin with.

It’s customer service for Boots Chemist.  Chargeable number outside allowance on minutes so be wary before calling.  My last call to replace a loyalty card cost me £4.50.  Bunch of scammers.

I had my handbag stolen and the store gave me this number to replace my Advantage card.  I didn't realise it would cost me!

I’ve been charge £10.45 to call Boots about my advantage card, I couldn’t get through... Made the mistake to ring again!! Absolutely horrified 😡

This is Boots. My wife was charged £14.57 for a 30 minute phone call.

I have received my bill and seen this number and charged me £6 and don't know who it is
