They just called me and asked for Jemmima Puddleduck.

I just received a call from them.  They were very abrupt, called me a liar when I said I hadn't had any correspondence from them.  I told them if they continue to talk to people in a threatening manner then they wouldn't get anywhere.  She told me she wasn't customer service and the matter is now VERY serious.  I asked what matter was serious and she wouldn't tell me.  My advice is to IGNORE them.  Very rude people with no idea how to resolve any issues.  They don't even make it clear who they are or what they want.  HORRIBLE COMPANY!

call me always just before 8 0 clock at night i just hang up gonna be getting a truecall system off of the internet (google it you see what i mean) hopefully this will stop them

next time they call I will no longer be polite.

I have had four calls in the last week and they ask for different people all the time I lost it today and called the number back she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me who they were!!!! Getting very annoyed as registered with telephone preference service!!!

IQOR-keep calling me-dont answer-said i owe money to ebay! paypal account clear so it is not that. it was probably for cheque i sent to ebay that they cashed but still say i owe!! these people are pests. just dont answer calls or answer and dont speak-give them silent call treatment-see how they like it!! or answer and hold on silently till they hang up as this costs them money to call mobile!!! give them some of their  own treatment-ebay should not deal with them-they are filth. stopped using ebay, now use ebid-far better and a lot cheaper.

It is a debt collection company and they receive a lot from Paypal end eBay - REMEMBER - these companies buy debt form them but you do not have to pay them a penny!! because you do not have a signed credit agreement with them (you do not have to pay deferred debts! Also, should they be prosecuted for harassment (which these phone calls are) then they will incur a significant fine!

Just had a bill for £8 from a company called IQOR. Said I owed ebay fees, which I don't!! I was late last month paying my fees of a mere £29 and have since payed it. Can't believe Ebay are using such an arrogant company. I called to say I don't owe them anything and they hung up on me twice because I would not give them my date of birth! Nasty people. Ebay, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
I have just written to Watchdog about them... I suggest everyone else does the same.

called this morning at 9am ask for me by my first name and lied say they where mrs duggan from ebay and was being very rude i 1471 and it was 0845 number called it back and again very rude and told me there were no managers to speak to because they were in a meeting terrible company and they also wont tell you who they are!

i have been called my this company for the last 3 months minimum at least 4 times a day, its frustrating and annoying as when i have answered there has been no one there, spoke to them once and guy was extremley rude. I dont even use ebay so i have no idea what this is about! a very bad company which has no customer service and i'm pretty sure ringing 4+ times a day is illegal, had nothing else from them, not even a letter!

They ring me 8 times a day and always two times in a row. They are driving me mad i even threw the phone down the stairs once. How do we stop them

I have just had delaings with them, but i have paid ebay the £12.44 i owed them, and now this company are saying well you still owe us £8, i said why and they said we will pursue you for this and hung up, i then rang back and it was the same girl and she was SO rude, i was shaking with pure anger, and she said i told you i was hanging up and il do the same again now. Then 3 hours  later i had a missed call from them! I dont owe them jack as i dont have an greement with them! its unreal

I think i may answer and say i am terminatingthis call and have reported you to the poilce. See what they say, i am disgusted at how rude they are and at Ebay for giving them my details, the bill was only about 2 months late - big deal!

I have also sent ebay an email telling them how distressed i am and asked for the details of the debt company so i can write to them, but no repsonse as yet!

any advice on this mater greatly received!

They use a auto caller, when you see the caller ID showing this number answer the phone but keep quiet, the computer that makes the calls will not connect the call unless it hears a 'hello' or any noise - after so many times the auto dialler will think the number is void and stop calling you :)

Ive had calls five times a day for the past year when i answer there is no one there,i just hope that im not being charged for them..????

i have had them ring me for the last few days, when i answer the phone goes dead, todays call has just woke me up, so annoying. just read every one elses comments about this number, i dont even have an account on ebay or paypal.

to any1 gettin calls from 0845 1550456 - IQOR debt collections n ur fed up wiv gettin calls evryday complain to http://www.ico.gov.uk/ & http://www.oft.gov.uk/news-and-updates/press/2009/60-09 wich r Information Commissioner’s Office & Office of Fair Trading. or u can like i jus did n ring IQOR on 01772 832188 n tell em ur complaint. id ben gettin calls evry day for the past 2wks, had 2 tday n that was enuff so i rang em. it turns out the numbers they ring r on an automated call system n thats y wen u ansa it goes dead. tell em u want ur number deleted, dont giv em ur name or anythin. the guy i spoke to sed he'd now deleted my number, gonna see now if i still get calls.  hope this helps evry1.

These people are ringing me up to six times a day, asking for someone who I have never heard of, have told them they are making a mistake but they still persist in calling.
