Called T-mobile customer services today, and they insist it is not them and could be a scam

Called on December 8th at 19.10. I am also with T-Mobile so that would be my guess too.

I just got called today during my lesson so i didnt pick it up. But i had something like this during the begining of the year and sometimes no one was there, but one time someone was at the other end of the line and i told them please could you stop ringing me and they did. I hate it though when they call you all the time yourlike STOP IT.

Just been called and they disconnected after a few seconds. I'm on T-mobile.

Answered but no one on the other end!!!!

Just got call from this number. Didn't answer it as I didn't recognize the number. I am with T-Mobile.

Me again, The next day after i got the phonecall i got another one and there was somebody at the other end of the line. He was talking about Internet and  since then,they have not called back.

Answered a call from this number today after days of them phoning and me ignoring. Gentleman on the other end asked for me, couldn't hear what he was saying after that so still don't know who it was! Assuming from the other people on this site it was T Mobile who we cancelled our contract with last month

I'm with T Mobile and got this number calling me but no one on the other end.
Glad I Googled it and fournd this website.

I wish this caller would stop calling or identify the purpose of the call out of courtesy.

same prob - t-mobile tell me it is a t-mobile number, and like others have said, it's about promoting t-mob broadband. You can ask them to stop calling.

have had this number call on and off for couple of weeks never anyone on other end. can T mobile not block the number like BT can ?

I keep getting calls from this number (and a few similar ones, all listed on this site!) - I've added them to the reject list on my phone so at least it doesn't actually ring, I just get the 'missed call' message. I'm with T-Mobile, I've paid my bill, recently renewed my contract - what more do they want?!

this number has phoned me at least 5 times in the last week and its gettin annoyin as it was an 08 number i didnt even answer it any of the times it has rang iv just left it or rejected the cal. it must be a tmobile thing coz my contract is with them to as everyone else has been sayin about it!!!

Getting well annoyed with this now. This site is awesome to highlight companies that abuse their customers like this

These people have been calling me non stop for weeks.  I finally answered them one day and great promotion, they told me I should get their internet because in there exact words "it was very fast" and "the size of a packet of chewing gum"

this number called me twice today - when i answered, i heard nothing on the other end! When i called back the pre-recorded message said "you have received a call from t-mobile" - when they phone, why doesn't their name show up????

It stopped for a while, but they've started ringing again, I never answer, I just press the end call button on my phone
I got 3 in the space of 10minutes today

keeps on phoning and then ignores me when i answer.

Just had my first call from this number - I never answered as it was an 0845 number.  Im also with T-mobile and still well within contract so there is no need for them to call me.  Thanks for all the info from you guys Ill just ignore it from now on.
