apparently I answered three calls, consecutively, from 08454122750 and it appeared on my phone bill; called up t-mobile, and they said they knew nothing of the charges, despite the face that theyre my phone provider!

in addition to this, ive started getting calls from, 08702440101.

is it just a t-mobile thing that i should ignore do you reckon?

I'm with t mobile too and this number has been ringing a few times. if you have a samsung, add the number to your reject list.it works wonders!

Had 3 of these, when I was eventually able to answer it was shure enough a T-Mobile sales guy pushing mobile broadband

Just had a missed call from this number and then they called again, two minutes later. When i answered they hung up.

I had three calls from this number yesterday.

Three calls in the space of 20 minutes about an hour ago, but as my phone is always off and I was away from it anyway I haven't bothered to call back.

OK folks, this is how it works... this is one of many numbers used by a 3rd party sales company working for T Mobile. Their COMPUTER calls a random T Mobile customer number and tries to connect to a sales person in the call centre - if one is available it connects them when you answer, if not then you get a silent call or a brief engaged tone before the COMPUTER hangs up. If connected they will offer you an 'upgrade' (ie increased bill) or an 'extra' such as mobile broadband. Obviously the call centres involved are mostly outside the UK. Decide if you want the upgrade/extra on the 1st call because if you say "maybe" the COMPUTER will keep calling you back until you say "yes" or "no"!!!

This number called me missed call

I had three calls today from this number.  I missed the first two, but caught the last, and there was someone called Chris from T-mobile at the other end.  

This is a sales call - they were offering me an upgrade that entitled me to a USB stick to enable my mobile to connect me to the internet...or something.  I asked them to take me off the list.

The reason - no-one answers is that I think they call a number of phones at once, and talk to whoever answers first.

It's only started today but they are incessant. I picked up once but no one answered. I think the most sensible and presumably the most common route is to report it to my service provider to have it blocked from calling me. Also I would think the more often you ignore it the more it is a waste of that person's time to call you. It's been logged theoretically

I just had a call from 08454122750 and there was no-one on the other end. It's happened about ten times today and its ridiculous! I'm with t-mobile and i called up customer service who denied all knowledge of the number.

I just had the call! Glad I found this website so I know it is nothing to worry about. A bit weird though.

i left t-mobile a week ago. i will not answer, why would i when i am no londer with them?. stop calling me!

They just called me, I answered giving my name, they asked to speak to me, I said I'd just said that's who I was, they laughed and put the phone down. Outrageous!

3 missed calls

This number just called me, i answered saying hello...there was no answer, i said hello again and then a lady spoke claiming to be from t-mobile. She was offering me some sort of usb stick for my laptop so i can use the internet wherever i want, i said not interested and she thanked me for my time and put the phone down.

If they are who they claim to be I am sick of t-mobile doing this.  I have just changed my number and this is the first time i have received a call from them on this number.  But on my previous t-mobile number they rang me on all different kinds of 0845 numbers every day asking stupid questions like just checking if your line is ok!!!

Answered a call from this number today. Said they were from T-Mobile, and wanted to discuss a money-saving offer. I said my contract was up for renewal and was interested in hearing about that. He said it wasn't about contract renewal - it was about a mobile broadband USB stick. I told him I already had broadband with a TV package. so he replied, "Well, I guess you just have money flowing out of your pockets then!" and hung up on me. Rude! I am going to complain.

Just answered to this number, was a polite chap on the end asking if i was interested in mobile broadband, i said no and he appologised for calling and hung up.

Have had this call a few times, that's why I came on here,
They offered a years free modem/broadband but refused it.
