I get it once a week and deny everytime
damn t-mobile

I had a lot of problem with this number in the past. In the beginning of
February I got customer service to finally agree that it was their number
and they took me off the list, it finally stopped! Today it started again,
3 calls in 15minutes… Best thing to do is to cancel the contract and get a
new number with a new operator, pain in the ar*e but what can you do? At
least that is less of a hassle then to have aggressive sales people calling
all the time.

If you're reading T-Mobile - sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

they have phoned us loads of times and its annoying

txt stop to 49011 and they take you off the list...

although it takes them 14 days, I did it on 27/3 got a confirmation text and they called me 3 times today, texted again and they adv that I had already requested they stop calling me but it takes 14 days....

they ring me like every day too... 3 times plus. WEIRD!

Keep on getting miss calls from this number-no message left. I called back a few times in case it was important but no-one on the other end,... 0845 numbers cost!!

I think thta it may be a dodgy scam trying to get you to phone the number back... then charging you the earth per minute. My cousin fell for one not long ago and saw a £ 5.28 bill for a 12 second cal.. They said nothing on the other end... was just a bleeping tone. Don answer it , and don't ring it back!

its only a call about their mobile internet packages I had them today as well and finally got talking to someone its nothing about your account.

one of my friends was a person behind this number for nearly two years as part of t-mobiles sales team, however that is not all that this number is used for, it is also used by many of t-mobiles other departments (billing etc) so no this number is not a scam, avoiding a call from this number could mean that you have dodged a sales call but could also mean that you miss of a problem with you're contract. It was never designed for you to call it back, and for those of you that are surprised that it charged you I say, what exactly did you expect, you called an 08 number from your mobile. As for the hanging up, this can be explained, there are a few reasons. The main reason is the dialer system, the way that it works is you answer the phone then it brings the call to an agent to handle it so it can take a few seconds for the call to be passed over, also it is possible that the dialer can make some errors occasionaly and hang up, you need to bare in mind that over the months all of t-mobiles millions of customers are likley to be called at some point by this number and if 500 or so of those calls have an error which causes hanging up or repetitive calling then it is still a very small percentage. If you experience issues with this make sure you contact customer service, they do have the ability to remove your number from the dialer. Getting all up in arms about it is not going to help and in the long run getting the odd annoying phone call is not the end of the world just make sure that you report it.

annoying i keep telling them i'm not interested .. i wouldnt have taken out a mobile contract with them if i knew they were going to constantly hassle me about buying stuff i dont need. and what's with charging me 10p just to pick up my messages, what a scam..

they ring you loads of times and when you pick up they cut off, then wait for you to ring them back - as it being a 0845 number you get charged for this call,

they just want you to call back so they can get money off you.

when they get the picture that your not going to ring back they then ring you and acctuly speek - LOL - and try to sell you loads of crap lol.

Like most,have been getting 3-4 calls a day from T.Mobile,a pain in the butt.
If you can hit the hash key at least 6 times quickly it can throw the number out.

Number calls me all the time. I rang it back its a dead line owned my T Mobile. Dont ring it back or answer you could be charged a lot of money or kept on the line for days even after you hang up.

I'm with T-mobile and asked why they called they advised that these calls are not actually from t-mobile and to add this to my reject list!

This number rang me at lunchtime - no one at the other end to begin with, then someone asking if this was [my name, pronounced terribly!] and I just kept asking who was there. It carried on like this for 10 seconds then the guy at the other end of the line made a squealing noise and I hung up. Sonded like kids playing prank calls >:-(

My phone T-Mobile to complain, or at least ask what the hell is going on!

A few months back this number had been calling me constantly and became very annoying. I googled the number and found this site which made me decision very clear to ignore them when they called again. Eventually the calls stopped but starting last week they have started calling again. This time more frequent. Nearly every hour everyday! Very annoying indeed! Still just have to ignore it.

I actually work in a t-mobile call centre (customers services not outbound calls)i have started receiving these calls as well. i asked my manager why this is happening and was told the sales team call people then hang up straight away saying the person is interested in whats being sold (i.e. not sure if they want it or not) just to boost their stats and we cant stop this.

Over the last three days its called me about 15 times, twice at unthinkable hours of the morning (04:00 and 05:30) when i answer and again get nothing, then it cuts off. i think as its an 0845 number they expect you to call them back at your own expense to find out who it is. and it will cost you, ANYTHING 0845 or 0800* (gotta watch out for those ones) even if its to contact your own network providers, will be a hefty charge. my price plan is £1 a minute for 0845 etc with a 75p connection charge!

This morning I actually got a human being! It was blank for bout 3 seconds after I's said hello, so I was about to hang up, when a Scottish lady specifically asked to speak to me. I thought result, I'm getting somewhere and someone to complain to. I replied'Speaking' and it cut off.
