Literally just had them call me! Just ignored it.

called me 3 times today. glad other people have had this problem, and glad i found this site!
i'm with tmobile, relatively new on there, so it cant be an upgrade for me. ive had a call from tmobile before, checking everything is ok, but from a different number? as in, not an 0845 number, hence why i picked up.
so annoying!

Been receiving calls.  Why can't Tmobile sort it out - or is it all part of a file they've had hacked and won't admit it!!

Called 3 times in 30 minutes.  According to this site it is T-Mobile,  Stop calling!!!!

Persistent calls which hang up, now diverted them all to voicemail but still calling every 10 mins

Seems like nobody is there but if you wait about ten seconds you finally get a "Hello?" from the other end. At this point you can tell the customer-harrasment team what you think of them.

Same as everyone else on here I'm with T-mobile so I just presume it's an annoying sales call, answered the call but nobody there, then hangup. Just plain ignorant of them if it is T-mobile.

This number rings me on a daily basis - if I pick up there is nobody there.

Got a call last night about 6pm from them... thay called me 3 times, one after the other! Did not answer

i got a phone call today off this number and i ignored it, they rang back and i answered it and on the other end some guy was stuttering then hung up, :(

Definitely T-Mobile - trying to get me to move from a 30 day contract to a 12 month one, not taking into account that if I wanted a 12 month contract I'd have s*dding bought one!

I was called by this number yesterday - 3 times in 20mins!  I was called again today ...3 times in 20mins.  Can only assume, by the accuracy, that this is computer generated.  I had a batch of these calls earlier in the year.  I answered one of them.  The man at the end told me he was calling from T-Mobile and wanted to talk to me about my account.  I was at work, so asked him to call back in an evening during the week.  Next set of calls came through at 10am the next day, then 2pm the day after.  I am registered with the TPS so I don't get 'rogue' marketing calls, but as I have a T-Mobile account how can I stop them from calling me?

I had the same problem, someone in T Mobile has access to your details (including password) and passes it on to their outside source, who collect commision for signing people up to a new contract.
they are very unscrupulous.

I was signed up for a new 2 year contract with boosters! I wouldn't have found out, if I hadn't received emails telling me my family booster plan was now active, prompting me to call T Mobile to investigate!

Some dick in Basildon working for a company called CAS signed me up without my knowlegde.

T Mobile initially told me they couldn't do anything about it, as it was not them that signed me up; but I pointed out that this was highly illegal, as I had not agreed to it and they have no record of such and they had to revert me back to my old 30 contract and tariff.

Word to the wise, never give your password out to anything who calls YOU, never answer numbers of this description, most claim to be from T Mobile, but aren't.

If you are unsure if your security has been compromised, call T Mobile and change your password NOW.

This should stop them from signing you up illegally, but won't stop the calls. They have access to numbers who are out of contract and will also try to sign up people within contracts to other T Mobile crap!

Don't take any [***] from T Mobile if you have been signed up illegally, as they must condone this sort of behaviour by paying out commission to outside companies to harrass and sign people up... by any means! They have to take you off.

just spoke to t-mobile about this number it is one of theres she as put a block on the number only time would tell

I have a similar experience like all of you. Then i called T-mobile and enquired about the number. I was told that it's from their marketting team promoting T-mobile broadband connection. As i said i'm not interested the assistant updated my account with a note. Hope i won't get any more calls from this number.

I keep getting calls from this number 08454122750 but refuse to answer it, they are a pain in the backside. A few seconds later another number rang me 08009524861, I think they may be linked. I have answered the second number before and there was no one there, I now wont answer this number as well.

keep on getting random calls from this number .might send the link to this page to customer services and see if they post...

At least it isn't just me this is happening too! So so so soo annoying! Grrrrrrrrr. You answer..and then there is no answer then they just hang on. What's the point?!
