They want to know why my deposit attempts are failing :)

Bet365... i did recently request a chargeback for an unauthorised deposit through my paypal (and paypal decided to not give me it back) however my bet365 account is still "non existant/banned" despite them saying they will email me a week ago. Maybe this is why they phoned? :)

A**holes, I am absolutely disgusted by them. They are a rip off... Just do not bloddy gamble online at all. You will always loose

Keep getting missed calls from them. Not sure why they are calling as I have never used them!? I would answer the call if they called at more social times!!

I just had a call from Bet 365 no idea why they are calling so blocked their number

Wicked call with a lovely girl...she is from bet365, asked about feedback about the service and basically gave me 50 quid extra to play with on my account. Winner thanks bet365

Yeah i just got a call this morning from Bet365 customer retention team in regards to my account seeing how i like there service and any improvements. Tbf i've had no problems but just created a few...lol.

For my time there going to match my next deposit of up to £30 but i have to do the deposit over the phone :s

I ignored this for months and finally answered. They are after feedback about the service, i answered some questions and in return they matched my next deposit upto £50 with only 1x Rollover (its 3x normally). They ask for your security number yes but they also tell you when your last bet was and allow you to ask them anything to confirm its them. I'd recommend picking up, i was only the phone 9 minutes and have a free £50 now!

I should add that i made my deposit for the bonus on my laptop whilst i was on the phone and the lady activated the bonus as soon as the deposit went through so you dont have to deposit over the phone

Bet 365 phoned or that's what they said, 0845 6000365(called 1471) Wanted me to disclose my security number for my a/c with them. Told them I forgot it, and no thanks, How the hell do I know whom is on the other end.

They are on the call again right now. They called me a while ago (as in a few months) and they are at it again. I didn't answer it because I recognised the number; the 365 at the end being a tell-tale sign. I don't use bet365 at the moment because I don't want to so stop hassling me!

Ring you when you account is empty offering you a 'lovely'  promotional bet if you deposit X amount.

Betting is just a huge loss long term,  don't both with it.

Well I have no account with these people so I have no idea why they are calling.
