I believe that my mother has been called by this number as she has been trying to return the call. My mother lives alone and has dementia - she gets very anxious when unknown people call her. Does anyone have any idea who they are? When I tried all I got was a lot of dialling noise and then I was cut off.

Age UK Alarm Call Monitoring. They only ring you if you have pressed the button OR your number is registered with them to call when a friend/relative has pressed their button. NOT COLD CALLING! My mother has had this system running for 10 years now and they have never called except in potential emergencies.

I’ve found this number while checking my mums phone bill. According to the bill she has rang out to this number at 10.00 and 00.15 on different dates. When I googled the number it says Talktalk. There’s no way she would be ringing them or anybody else at that time of night. Has anybody else had this experience?

I have been charged with two calls to this number. Both times when I was out of the country. Who are they?

My elderly mother has been charged for calls to this number over a few weeks.  The highest bill is for £252.  She has not made these calls.  TalkTalk is the landline provider and have been completely unhelpful in helping to resolve the problem.

My mother in law has  11 calls to 08456023069 on her latest bill many of them late at night with some in the afternoons. Who is it that she appears to be calling?

When I queried my large phone bill with my supplier ( Chess) I was told that ringing this premium number was the cause. I have never phoned this number and do not know who they are.

Same problem. Random calls all very short (21 sec) at almost any time of the day or night.
I wonder if I am being set up for a big charge?

I found this number on my bill. It said I rang at 9.45pm. I did not. It is the alarm system but why does TalkTalk say I rang it? They are charging me for nothing.

This site is for the reporting of phone calls from people like telemarketers, surveys, charities, etc.  It is not meant for you to complain about your phone bill.  If you don't know which numbers you will be charged to call then get a list from your phone company.
