John Lewis Customer Services Call Centre

Just received a call from 0845 604 8838 - cut it off as presumed it was some telesales nonsense.

Now I've seen it's John Lewis - have just set up an online wedding list, so is probably kosher.

I feel a bit mean now!!

keep getting calls from this number

This is definitely John lewis from the wedding gift list department - I saw this and picked up and he was a very nice man! calling about out of stock items so worth picking up

Called my home number several times over the last few days. Daytime and evening.

Did not pick up and they don't let it ring long enough for it to go to answering machine.

it is John Lewis - so if you have ordered something probably wise to answer.  I had a missed call initially as I didn't hear the phone ringing but no message was left.  A few hours later got another call and that is when I answered it.  Perhaps it is JL policy to actually speak with individual rather than leave a message and it is only after a certain number of calls that they leave a message?  But defo John Lewis call centre/customer service.

It was John Lewis. I'd asked for a replacement to be sent out and they called to organise it
