I been changed changed £4.50 every week for service which i have not done

I don't now why I've been charged again by this company cause I've phoned them on the end of August then they charged me again three £4.50. I've cancelled it for the second time and hope they won't charge me next month.... Sick and tired of this charges when I've been trying not to spend loads in my mobile bill...

I too found 6 charges on my phone, have not received any text confirmation of my subscription as they shy I should and clain I subscribed back in January when I didn't even have the phone!

I sense a crime has been committed here.

have noticed 4 payments for 4.50/week. contacted service provider - 3 - and have cancelled the payments and asked them to inv this number. i will try and contact the bogus number. failing this i will request a new mob number from 3 and hope this does not reoccur. any idea who we report this to? have also asked to report this number to the relevant fraud dept.

I have noticed today a charge of £4.50 on my mobile phone bill ... I enquired with my phone company 3 who told me it was a mydoo subscription? ???????? And payment was taken via payforit service?????????

I have never subscribed to any company for anything and do not know this company ....

Please investigate.

been charged £18 in a month for this - checked with 3 thay state its a company called mydoo international pay for it.  I never subscribed to this.  3 have now blocked this.  Called the number and automatically unsubscribed - hope this works - will ring their customer services tomorrow to find out how and why they are doing this.  I notice all the complaints have 3 accounts - have they been giving out numbers????

just checked texts - got a text on 12 nov from KKO mobile, usual crap marketing text stated it was a free text and to text a number to unsubcribe.  Thought it was the usual scam where when you text they charge you lots.  Didn't txt back and was charged £4.50 a week for the privelege.  What I want to know is this - Is this legal?, How did they get my number?, can they take money I have not agreed to pay?

Same here been paying £££s over the months mobile service provider three claims I've subscribed to some service bull [***] 
And so many ppl complain abouth them.why three authorises transactions to this company I think they are part of it or someone insider

i have had 3 payments in 3 weeks taken out of my account it only seems to be 3 network ,this must be a scam and 3 dont seem to be doing anything bout it .

I been charged £18 last month. I call to 3 and they give me this number to call and it was also shown on ebill . they say to me we unsubscribed it for you.. I get charge £4.50 again this week. I don't know what to do.. if any one had sort out this problem please help me.

I'm in the same boat, just been charged £18 for something I did not even subscribe to.  KKO mobile must be paying someone in 3 for new iPhone contracts to scam people out of money as this sound very fishy that we are all 3 customers.  Suddenly we are charged £18 via payforit so we don't get a chance to dispute it.  I guess KKO is getting very rich by everyone not realising they have been magically subscribed to something they did know about.  Good luck to get your cash back folks, I'm not stopping until I've got every penny back, I'll be calling 3 customer services until I'm blue in the face.....

Hi, I have received a banned today while playing a game? on my iphone. The moment I tried to cancel that banner I received a message about my new subscription. I straight away seen charges on my new bill at planet 3. I called 3 customer service and inquired about that. She the customer service representative told me that they know about this issue and can't do much. She tried to give me this scam site number to un-subscribe myself from them. I told her that It is 3 responsibility to protect their customers. I'll never contact them but instead I would like to cancel all my family mobile contracts from 3 as I believe they are part of this scam. The next moment she said you don't need to worry about the money as I'll sort it out for you. She said we are aware of the issue and one of the managers will contact me shortly.

I am waiting for their response but I truly believe people in 3 mobile are part of this day light robbery. They are fully aware of this as hundreds of people being robbed but they are in hand with the robbers.

As consumer we should take this to consumer court of other consumer forms to take legal action against them.

I have been affected by this thieving bunch and what a surprise I'm also on 3. Three pretty much said the same clap trap to me and after lodging a complaint, I am yet to receive the promised call or money back. In the mean time I've lodged a complaint with phonepayplus and ICO, put a spending cap on phone account and contacted KKOmobile demanding full refund and details of the supposed subscription. Can't believe how easy it is for fraudsters like this to siphon money from customers of network operators who deny all accountability.

It's your network (3UK) that charges your account on behalf of the fraudsters that they have the billing agreement with.  3UK then pocket on average 50% of the money they steal before passing (-20% VAT) the rest on to KKO.

3UK are committing theft and the Government and others are looking the other way. TIME TO DUMP 3UK

I have the same problem with this number. I checked my online bill and I noticed I was charged five times (each one £4.50) in my recent bill (February, with payment on March 10th), . I called to Payforit to cancel this service and they did it very quick. I hope don´t be charging next month. Today, I called to Three Costumer Service and they said "I might be charged" for this service (the amount is £22.50 for Payforit). As well everyone here, I have never used this service or did not even subscribe to.

don't know whether any of that helps people who are trying to get their money back from these crooks might be worth looking into

yes, again i came here for the same reason... im on three too and they have taken from me £13.50. this is annoying! why?! i am hopefully going to call 3 tomorrow and ask for a refund! this is %&%^**^$!.

MOST ANNOYING THING IS THAT IT SAYS THE DURATION WAS ONLY ONE SECOND?!?!?!
