ongoing calls ring once then call back to no answer. many number of calls not happy.
Telstra complaints line pending call back no call.

I keep getting calls from this number but it only rings once. It happens every day sometimes twice. I am getting tired of it. From the above posts I can also tell you I have an escalated complaint with Telstra. They were suppose to follow it up but I have not heard from them.

This number has also been calling me i do have a complaint with telstra about my bigpond and home phone but my mobile which this number has been calling me on is with optus and telstra dont have this number how can this be

Yeah, this number keeps calling me - I have NOTHING to do with Telstra (though if this keeps up I just might have a complaint). When I ring back, it's a disconnected number.

My son got a missed call from this number today while he was in class as he is only 13 and has an Optus phone and never has anything to do with telstra. Will see if he gets anymore.

I have been getting the same thing, I have added that number to my reject list (Samsung Galaxy S2). Now I can live my life without their crap, and all they will get is an engaged signal when they call

Hi this number is Telco Services Australia who do marketing services for Telstra amongst others.

It took several weeks of dealing with a complaints officer who wouldn't admit it was being done by Telstra and said if I wanted to take it further to the TIO then to settle my account. Amazing how quickly you get an answer when they have to give money back to you to settle the account. Took two minute to have the name of the number and who they were. AMAZING!

So in short Telstra's method of stopping Telstra wasting your time is to waste even more of it.

Has anyone actually had anything marketed to them? I don't buy this, when I did answer it in time they would leave me asking "hello" for a couple of minutes and then hang up. So I'm curious what the relationship between the complaints service provider and this Telco Services Australia, if you give them a hard time do they turn around and use this number to get theirs back? I'll see what answer I get after the TIO complaints procedure.

Been receiving calls from this number daily both morning & afternoon! Thanks to caller ID just let it ring! Very annoying nevertheless!

Two calls per day for the last 3 weeks from this number !!

I have been getting calls from this number for the past week or so, only rings two or three times and hangs up without leaving a message.
I call it back and get the engaged tone.
Today I answered on the second ring and they hung up!

I have been getting calls from this number for the past week. Many people have stated that they had lodged a complaint with Telstra, and then these calls started. I haven't lodged a complaint with them. I just keep getting these annoying calls. As mentioned the minute you answer they hang up. You can't return the call, goes straight to busy tone. A real pain!!

Wellllll.......since my last post I have made a formal complaint to Telstra on their "Unwelcome Calls" number..........(1800805996) and a miracle has occurred, not one single call since..............coincidence?  I think not.  

This is a Telstra sales agent. They wanted me to have a silent number, which is a cost of course. Best to ignore.
