its vodafone, its a courtesy call when you call them for an enquiry or so forth they then call you back to  ask you 'how you rated there services'

Useless vodafone!

I cannot answer it because they have not connected me properly which is why I called them.

Yeah I'm on vodafone and I ignored the call.

It is Vodafone and its just the automated survey so just answer and press 2 to opt out.

Went into the store to get a new SIM card for my phone (old one broke).
Had a feeling it was Vodafone, this confirms my thoughts...

Yeah this is defo vodafone. I thought the lady on the phone to me dealing with my query was brilliant, very friendly, and helpful. If I had known they were going to call me back to see how good the help I recieved I would not have hung up on them, but as soon as I hear a computer generated call I always hang up. Probably a bit rash looking back!
It's nice to know that some companies still provide a good service to thier customers and actually care about what they think.

Its vodafone - Customer service is about resolving complaints not peeing off your customers but unsolicated phone calls asking how bad or good you are. Vodafone treat your customers as customers and not numbers, If you pee some one off they will let you know I am sure

hi i to had maney calls from same number.. was not shure who it was as all the calls was missed..
so im happy it was only vodaphone.. and nothing els..

I got a call from this number, who was actually calling me as it shows it a a track up package,not expecting any packages!!!

they keep ringing me but i do not know who they are.

i had a missed call from this number at 09:11 on the 22-02-2011 and i wish to know who called me from it please.

i have bought - just - vodafone and i have not even set it up yet to call. I cannot make calls but I tried to Fone cust services to do so and I couldn't so I would imagine it is Vodafone as I have not given anybody the number yet and it isn't activated yet   to make or receive calls from elsewhere.

It is Vodafone - they want to get feedback from their customers on how they have handled the contact that you have just had with them. No scam, no trying to sell you anything its just feedback on the servcie that they have offered.

Seems like a good idea to take the call nad provide the feedback. That way if you think they are cr@p you can tell them and maybe they will try to get better!!

Or you could complain about it here where nobody can do anything about it.

Its vodafone doing a customer survey to see if your happy now that they have sorted out their [***] up!

Called vodafone customer service and got a call from this number less than 5 mins afterwards - the line was silent for 2 minutes before the automated voice told me it was a customer service survey and they were going to ask me 3 questions - before they asked me these questions however, the line was disconnected - how rude!
Called vodafone and told them I don't want calls like this and that their system is not set up correctly, was promised that it would never happen again.

Just spoke to Vodafone then my phone rang 3 times I didn't answer
