This is a company called NavTrak; usually they call if you or a relative has a vehical with a tracking device being monitored by them (incase of theft etc.) Either the car has been taken without consent or, more likely in my experiance, your relative has forgot to disable the tracker before driving off!

This is actually a company called National Monitoring who provide monitoring services for a number of companies including NavTrak

I had two calls from this number at 3am and 3.15am.I am heavily pregnant, was worried at a call in the middle of the night and didn't make it to the phone either time, called 1471. Not a happy bunny!!!!!!

Yes, this is actually National Monitoring. They're an emergency alarm receiving centre who handle a number of emergency alarms including Navtrak.  A relative of mine has me as a backup contact on his Navtrak account and they call me when he sets his car alarm off in error, etc to check its not been stolen. I've called back and it's been answered by operators dealing with house alarms etc though so it seems they handle all sorts of emergency alarms.

Not nuisance calls, you or a relative are on a list of contact numbers in case of emergency. This company doesn't cold call or try to sell you anything - just doing their job, contacting clients when an alarm is received by their monitoring equipment. Always a nice and polite operator whatever time of day, or night !!

Hello, You called our mobile phone twice in succession last week in the middle of the night and woke us up.  And did it again yesterday at 1 55 and 3.40 AM and we found it hard to go back to sleep straightaway afterwards both times.
Can you call again and leave us a message?
We don't want to call you because it's a Premium Number and we don't know how much it will cost us and we are students.
We don't even know who you are so tell us when you leave your message.
