it is paypal and i was on for 15minutes and it cost £2.60. Not a pound a minute

I called Paypal about a £5.14 refund and it cost me £4.14 because it took 25 minutes to get them to accept responsibility.  Next time I'll just take them to the small claims court - only costs £30 but you get your costs back if you win.

Be very careful - this is a paypal helpline number and my goodness do you pay. Its the most expensive number I have ever used it cost £1.7 for 15 minutes. well done paypal another rip of service.

Just had to call this number.
It is the Pay Pal help line phone number.
I asked how much it costs to call and I was told 10 pence a minute.

It's not fraud silly..... :P It's Ebay customer support! And yes, it's expensive! Just go to the online chat help instead, saves you money and no queuing! They do give you this number too, should you need any further assistance after closing the chat...

The posts above yours, made in 2011/2012 say it is Paypal.  The 0870 number worked then.  You say it doesn't work but where did you get it from to look it up on here?
