These people are calling me day and night despite the fact that I have told them that I already have double glazed windows and a UPVC security door.  They keep arranging for someone to come round to my home and give me a quote for patio doors and windows, but nobody turns up I have to waste my time waiting in for them.  They also keeping telling me that I have been awarded a £500 discount that is valid for 18 months and that if I don't use it they won't call me again, after 15 months of this they are still cold calling me.

I am fed up if it they are a set of [***].  I will not be wasting my time waiting in for them any more bollocks to them.

i make surnames up like mr.custard&mr cake&mr bread,theyve rung me 100s ov times&i just av em on there thick as pie

Try telling the caller you're renting the property.

Essentially, once you have told Weatherseal you don't want them to contact you again, they need only do so twice more to constitute harassment.
I have personally found mentioning the Protection from Harassment Act by name is often enough to stop the calls for some time. :)

These people keep on phoning the house i rent despite the fact the number is registered with telephone preference service and i have told them so. Most recent call was yesterday (10 dec 2011). When i called the number back it went straight to something called 'Intelli text voice recognition service'. So I'm now going to get charged for them wasting my time.

i was unfortunate enough to actually have work done by these bunch of cowboys. Not only did they leave BROKEN GLASS all inside my baby son's cot, they also CUT THROUGH ASBESTOS in all the bedrooms, forcing me and my family to have to MOVE OUT for 3 days!!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS REPLACED BY THESE BUNCH OF GOB-SHITES!!!

i unfortunatelyfell into this trap. ive had workdone by these rubbish under rated over priced window company. they should be shut down. they also keep calling me 2 see if i want any further work done and obviously i say NO, but this doesnt stop them calling day and night.

i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

This number calls on a regular basis asking for a Mr Arnold when i tell them he does not or has not ever lived at this address they still keep ringing or try2 find out who i am and my details. Next time i am going to blow a whistle down the phone at the moidering,harassing tossers

This is weatherseal, called around 6 times in the last 2 week. Been told every time that I do not want anything from them, to remove me from their calling list and have been assured that this would be done, and that the number is TPS registered. However they still call. After todays call I told them I would be reporting them to the Ombudsman, only to find there company is not signed up to the code. Therefore, how can we possibly make a complaint?!

they just keep ringing and ringing and ringing. 6 damn times in less than 3hrs. My answerphone is full of silent messages, meaning i'm not getting the messages that are important as they keep filling the answerphone memory up! I have just invested in a nice loud rape alarm, lets see how often they call me when they have blood pouring from their ears. Revenge will be oh so sweet! Screw you weatherseal!

I was called today, by someone who only said they were from this company and didn't even have the courtesy to say what their name was & couldn't even get my name correct! When I challenged about how he got my number i was told off a "piece of paper", so I asked again & wanted to know exactly from where did he get my number he repeatedly said 'data'! I said I wasn't prepared to continue a conversation with him and his rude & arrogant response was 'you can jog on'. Not only is this incredibly rude & uncalled for but reading everyone else's experiences I am concerned that vulnerable people maybe drawn in & treated in such an abhorrent manner and not know how to deal with people like this.

Called me today at 14:42, picked up the phone after two rings, said "Hello?" and the idiot hung up without a word. Rudeness of the close to the highest order.

Wahetever you do,DON't let these people anywhere near your home. Don't wait in BE OUT. They took my deposit £100 sent surveyor round. Obviously didn't want the job 6th floor appartment. Rang them, left messgae to call back Wrote to them recorded delivery. No response had to write of my £100. Eventually realised I had had a luckey escape., and put it down to experience. If you need double glazing our UPVC. use a local firm who your neighbours can recommend. (as i did) Never contemplate using this bunch of dishonest sharks.

These ignorant gits from Weatherseal have rung us up no end of times ,I,ve told them we don,t want or need any double glazing or anything else they are selling ,once when they rang & I was in the middle of telling them this ,they put the phone down on me ,told them yet again yesterday not to ring anymore ,but lo & behold guess who has just rung again !!! .They never leave a message on the answer phone but we know who it is anyway ,they,re unbelievable ,thick & desperate !!!

Weatherseal and Ideal Homes seem to be linked. Whene I come home at the end of most days, have missed calls from them. Also had them at weekends and today (Bank Hol). Sometimes they leave a garbled unclear background message as today, sometimes nothing at all. The other number I've had from them is 08452639001

Just had ANOTHER call from this number (at least 2 today - a bank hol!) She confirmed that she was from Weatherseal and asked for a completely different person's name. She asked to check the number and even though I wasn't the person she was 'supposedly' looking for, she continued her sales spiel. At this point, I stopped her, told her I wasn't the person she had just said she was looking for, told her I wasn't interested in any of their products or calls, was Ex D and did not wish to be be called again by them. Unlike other callers have reported, this girl was polite, but let's see if they continue. If they do, I will consider it harassment and quote the 'Protection From Harassment Act' at them.

My parents had some windows done by Weatherseal a few years back. The fitters were subcontractors rather than direct Wetherseal employees and they did a reasonably good job. If they use different subcontractors in different areas, without caring much about the quality, then that could explain why others have had bad results with their workmanship. While the contractors were OK in this instance, my parents had to chase Wetherseal for months to extract the promised written 10 year guarantee from them. I suspect that they were deliberately trying to avoid handing this over, not just running an inefficient office. The price was quite high, not a full-on rip off, but I am sure that other companies would have done the work just as well for less money and handed over the guarantee without argument.

They have continued to cold call on and off since then and won't take no for an answer. This sort of behaviour ensures that they will never get any repeat business. It makes me wonder why they are wasting their time calling people who they know already have double glazing and who they have already annoyed. Perhaps they really are "thick as pie", although I am not 100% sure what that actually means. ;-)

I received a call from this number. It is a weatherseal rep. He mumbled about my further enquiry regarding my arrest. He said there is a warrant out for my arrest to do with having drugs with intent to supply. Clearly trying to pay me back for not answering the door when he called AGAIN to try to sell me double glazing. I have been plagued by calls from this company since I dealt with them several years ago.
