Booked two "Guns 2 Roses" tickets (GnR tribute band) weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Did not receive e-mail confirmation either, only this number "08712200260" next to the credit card statement. The gig is now only 4 days away.

I'd have nothing to do with them ever again.

Bought two tickets for Bad Company in April this phone no appeared on credit card statemnent. No sign of confirmation or tickets. Who is this number?

£26.95 deducted from my credit card against 'Tickets, 08712200260' know nothing about it. Credit card co. say I have to contact them first. Ticket company is 'Bigmouth'.

This number is for see.tickets.com, I tried to phone them on this number and it gives messages that the tickets will only be sent out a few days before the concert.  I feel this isn't right as the money was taken over a month ago from the bank!  I won't use them again.

I have just went on to the web site for Seetickets.com tel no: 08712200260 and put my reference number in and it showed my booking.  They are still waiting on the tickets to arrive with them for Dolly Parton and say they will be sent as soon as they receive them.  I think it is to stop people selling the tickets on.  I will let all know when I receive my tickets.

This purchase was not authorized, and I am not even from the UK, or "Great Britain" as the GB signals.

Also i did not purchase tickets at all yesterday, as I was watching Veronica Mars.

did you receive your tickets? Ive purchased Example tickets and have been told something similar.

The number 08712200260 appearing on bank or credit card statement should be tickets purchased from seetickets or one of their affiliates.

The best advice is to go to the below website and put in your email address and last 4 digits of your card. This will either give you the details of when your tickets (and/or what your tickets are for) when they should arrive. OR lead to further clarification perhaps for those that don't think they have actually purchased tickets.

as suggested by one of the posts.Very helpful - thank you!  Solved the mystery - you simply put your email in and they send you details of your booking. I found none of the tickets for the event I'd booked for have arrived for See tickets yet, so all is well - so far!

Hello,

Bought a ticket on line for Kew Gardens with my Bank Card.  The company having sold the ticket is a agency called Seeticket.  Printed my online ticket and used it to visit Kew Gardens as intended. No problem there.
The only complaint I have is that my Bank Statement only mentioned tickets and not the company name, which confused me as I could not remember what ticket that was.

tried to buy 2 tickets for arcade fire at earls court (thought I was buying them directly from the earls court website) only to be told that I had bought 4 at £183. started worrying so keyed in 08712200260 to google, then read this page   oh dear  oh dear   I pray I can get this sorted
