I am also being plagued by these cockroaches.
They are Jigsaw, a call centre, on behalf of J D Williams & Co.
They are part of N Brown Group plc, 0161 236 8256. The rather unhelpful woman gave me: 08706033603 which is their customer services, but I never succeeded in speaking to anyone on this number. I have been unable to find a number on which to call them that they do not make a handsome profit at my expense.

I've had enough for now. But I have no doubt there will be a next time.
I want to know where they got my number. I'm ex-directory.

I abominate cold calling, but do use mail order catalogues.  I have found that 0161 3862009 gives access to JDWilliams customer services without the exhorbitant charges that their published number costs.

i know that the only time u wil b called from jd williams is if your a customer and u would of have to of give ya number in the 1st place 2 b called as all of the pplk they call are established customers and no numbvers are randomly generated at all and the reason they may appear on ya fone bill is if ya cvalled them ive been dealing with them for many years and are totally satisfied with them theyre a gr8 company

line,no doubt generating obscene wads of dosh before the unlucky caller,faced
with a miriad series of numerical alternatives,aborts the whole ,tedious and
utterly, pointless process,throws the phone out of the window and slits their wrists in a mad frenzy of frustration......!You dont even get any banal non-

I can confirm this is J. D. Williams, who simplyyours.co.uk operate under also. All you need do is put the number in google. I didn't get a call from them, i ordered from simplyyours, and they took the cash from my account the same day, using the i.d J. D. Williams Manchester, on my bank statement online. It's now 1st July and they haven't even shipped my order yet, nor answered my email.

If you get this number come up then tell them to F*^K O*F. If you then phone 0161 3862009 you get rubbish and a high rate number to phone. Get a loud whistle blow it down the phone then report them for cold calling.

I got this number show up twice on my phone bill described as 'special services' but it was at times when no one was in the house, but I did notice that on the same 2 days I got an answer phone message with no one saying anything so I got charged for them calling me & leaving the answerphone going for couple of mins so I got a fixes charge of £0.75 & then £0.50p the day after! Is there any point in telling my phone provider to do anything or is it out of there control too?

Is there anything we can do about it? We do NOT phone this number, nor have had any dealings with them in the past, so how is their number on MY phone bill?

This number has come up on my bill for Ambrose Wilson the catalogue people. I did get through to a person, but I am still waiting for the information they said I would be sent (itemised catalogue statements) 2 weeks later.
