All, do not ringing back to this number ! Its "on the beach" customer service.They are ring me once with no answera from me then sent me text I have to ring them back ASAP...12 seconds with automatic assistant charge me £7.15.

Ive had the same £13.45 on my bill due to them putting the phone down on me a multitude of times.

Please block this number / never book with on the beech as they are a scam outfit.

Do not call this number it is On The Beach I have been charge £20 to manage a booking when I paid £1000 it is a rip-off I will not be using them again.  The is not notice that it is a high rate from a landline.

do not contact this number its a scam on the beach holidays they have also been into my bank as well as a phone call for £10  I neither phoned or booked a holiday

I have just received a phone bill for £11.33 after having to call 'On The Beach' customer services number. Beware that this is not made clear and you will be chargeg a high rate per minute for your call! They cancelled my holiday booking after telling me that they no longer had any seats for the flight and that the hotel was subsequently fully booked! I had no choice but to call OTB back on this premium rate number to rebook my holiday. This high rate should be made clear before you make the call!! Alternatively....they should have the decency to return your call!!!

I have been charged £35.00 after speaking to this company, no mention of call charges at premium rate.
This is absolutely disgusting and i shall be contacting the financial ombudsman in regards to this. Having read so many comments looks like I'm not the only person this has happened too. PLEASE ALL report this
