I just received a call from this number and they confirmed my I.D. Number, address and my bank, and they said they will be sending me a card..should I get worried?

Depends on exactly what you mean by "they confirmed".           Did they tell you the details which YOU told them were correct or did they ASK you the details which THEY then said were correct?        If they told you the details then they already knew them and it should be OK.         If you provided them with the details during the phone then you might well have a problem and need to take steps to protect yourself against identity theft.
