3 calls to-day . Picked up 1st time, very quiet other end so just hung up. Didn't answer following calls.

Just got a call on my mobile from this Living Advantage telemarketer (female British accent) @ 7:36am Perth time....number was from a SYD area 02-9119-3413.....nice way to start the morning & be asked if I needed a funeral plan!

Here is the parent compnay from that phone number...  The guy that called me was from "Living Advantage" - which went through to "SalesCorp"  and Sales Corp out of QLD (08 number is......)

This is a disgrace of a company.  Ringing me for funeral insurance.  My father passed away 4 days ago and his funeral service is tomorrow.  Obviously obtained by mobile phone service through one of the persons/companies that I have had to deal with over the past number of weeks relating to hospital services and now a funeral.  I am in a rage!!!!!!!  These low life scums that hand your numbers out to people surprise me.............p1ssed off to say the very least.

I wish they'd stop ringing me whoever the hell it is!!

My sympathy for your loss. You can complain to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Telemarkers are required by law to state where they got your telephone number. If you believe your contact details have been given out by someone who should have respected your confidentiality, the ombudsman can require the company to divulge this information so that appropriate action can be taken. All the best during this difficult time.
