This number called me and telling me about my uif.now they just disappeared. How can I track them ?.

They call me about my uif.now the phone is off.

I spoke to someone on this number and when i ask for what it is for, she did not know for what account she does the tracing only and say i can call this number for more information 0861266623 i will call later when on lunch.  It is a tracing firm and the ppl that say the work for uif are lying

There is an ID scam running from tel 0878451800 where they call your HR office and ask confirmation of your salary detail and ID number. Luckily we have a 'wake up' HR manager who called me and when I wanted to speak to the "Susan" who was on the line, she simply hung up. A few weeks ago I had a tracing agent at my office. He had all my details but the ID number and address of residence was incorrect. There are weirdo's out there that used my name, surname, work address, company name, email etc and took out a loan at African Bank... When I explained to the tracing agent and showed him my real ID he admitted that there is a real problem with ID fraud and that I was not the first . I have tried phoning the 0878451800 number which stays engaged. Be careful and don't divulge your info to them or confirm such if you don't know exactly who they are. Please warn your HR officers as well.

So true its not for scams or identity theft please guys if you receive this calls that mean that you running away from your debt so please bear with the people that try to trace you so you can start paying your debt.
and also please assist them in order to assist yourself. If you need help regarding this please dont hesitate in doing this so you can put yourself in a better finacial position also think about a consolidation or maybe register for admin or debt review. I called the number the lady gave me for more information about this account and it is Coombe & Associates.  This 087 number is the call centre number where the tracers are working.  Call 0861266623 to see why they are looking for you and stop guessing who they are, it took me 1 call and I live to tell the story.

I received this call today saying she is from BLK Couriers and they have a free Samsung for me and then later on sad she doesn't know what is on the package. I was blacklisted because I refused to continue paying at BodyLab Gym since I was tricked into signing the gym contract. Now im terrified because out of curiousity I gave them my employee details. I only realized that I will be traced after hanging the phone. So what will happen if the trace agent comes to me. I am not willing to make the payment since the contract was unfair.

MOET my nie verkeerd verstaan nie – ek praat dit nie in die minste goed dat jy jou skuldverantwoordelikhede nie nakom nie. Die punt is egter dat daar wel skuld is wat jy volgens wet nie meer hoef te betaal nie.

En verskoon my as ek plesier hieruit put, maar dis vir my fantasties as daar een rekening minder is om te betaal nadat ek moes al klaar opdok vir winter-skooluniforms, nuwe skryfbehoeftes (opgeëet deur die skryfbehoeftevraat by die skool) en al die vitamiene en ander goed wat ’n mens hier voor die winter moet aanskaf.

Die goeie nuus is dat daar so iets soos verjaarde skuld bestaan en dít hoef jy glad nie te betaal nie.

Wat presies is verjaarde skuld? Volgens Wet 68 op Verjaarde Skuld van 1969, artikel 10 (1), word skuld as verjaard beskou as:

Jy nie die skuld in die laaste opeenvolgende drie jaar erken het nie, skriftelik of verbaal.
Jy nog nie begin het om die skuld af te betaal nie, of enige beloftes gemaak het om dit te betaal nie.
Die krediteur jou drie agtereenvolgende jare lank nog nie vir hierdie skuld gedagvaar het nie.
In baie gevalle word die skuld deur die oorspronklike kredietverskaffer afgeskryf en dan koop skuldinvorderaars dit vir ’n appel en ’n ei by hulle. Dis glad nie onwettig dat ’n skuldeiser daarna aan jou deur kom klop nie. Die onus rus dan op jou om te weet wat jou regte is. En nou weet jy!

Verjaarde skuld word gewoonlik eers opgevolg ’n hele paar jaar nadat die oorspronklike skuld aangegaan is. Die versoek om betaling word dikwels vergesel van ’n dreigement dat die verbruiker op die swartlys sal beland as hy of sy nie die skuld betaal nie. Hierdie dreigement is egter nie geldig nie omdat verjaarde skuld dikwels nie op jou kredietprofiel by ’n kredietburo verskyn nie.

Hier volg ’n tipiese voorbeeld: In 2005 het jy ’n kredietverskaffer R2 000 geskuld. In 2013 bel ’n skuldeiser jou en deel jou mee dat jy tans – saam met rente en administratiewe koste – R10 000 skuld.

Die eerste ding wat jy moet doen is om vas te stel wanneer die laaste betaling in die rekening plaasgevind het. Vind daarna uit of ’n dagvaarding vir hierdie skuld uitgereik is.

Indien geen betaling vir drie jaar in die rekening gemaak is nie en geen dagvaarding uitgereik is nie, dan het die skuld verjaar en is jy nie wettig verplig om dit te delg nie.

Wanneer jy die skuldeiser in kennis gestel het dat jy weet dat jou skuld verjaar het en dat jy weet jy het geen wettige verpligting daarteenoor nie, behoort hy jou in vrede te laat. As die skuldeiser egter op jou spoor bly, vra hom vir ’n staat van die afgelope drie jaar as bewys dat daar in dié tydperk betalings gedoen is. As verbruiker is dit jou reg om ’n volledige staat aan te vra.

Wat jy ook al doen, moet in geen omstandige instem om die ou skuld af te betaal nie. As jy dit doen, is die verjaardheid na die maan en moet jy hoes – selfs al stem jy net woordeliks in!

Die volgende kan egter nooit verjaarde skuld word nie:

belastinggeld
jou TV-lisensie
Verjaarde skuld geld wel vir:

winkelrekeninge
kredietkaarte
Telkom-rekeninge
persoonlike lenings
gim-lidmaatskapgeld
selfoonrekeninge
geld wat jy skuld op motorfinansiering
Al dié skuld verjaar outomaties as daar drie jaar lank geen betaling of dagvaarding was nie.

Wanneer iemand jou dus bel oor verjaarde skuld, laat hulle goed verstaan dat hulle jou nie weer moet pla nie. Soms is ou skuld geen skuld!

If this is a legal company, they have to identify themselves in order for you to be able to contact them. it is illigal to phone and not be able to defend or confront the culprits... They are a bunch of pricks...

So when this person, with a request to confirm employement contacted me, i couldnt confirm the employement as i dont want anyone to know where im employed. The person said that they are from the department of labour and wants to confirm the employement as well as my UIF number. This couldnt be true as the 087 numbers belong to call centres and that i know every Department of Labours number as i deal with them dailythese guys tell lies to get you to tell them where you are employed and the fact of the matter is that its all just to get money from you. They have no regardd for the law and will do anything to get hold of you, including contacting your employer for the moneys you owe. they obviously dont get it, if they mess with your employement, they still wont get paid....

They told me,i won trip voucher for my family,but they need me to two questions,to qualify,questions are,do you work?are you married?they said i only qulify if i work and they also need my employer details.cos they wil  supply vouchers to my emloyer,i wil collect them frm him

Stop all this bickering about who called and dial the above number.

I got a call and they said they were from Absa and want to confirm employment.  I asked for what it was and they said they do not know because they are working in a call centre
