Getting multiple calls with only 088 displayed.  I don't answer.

I answered 088 noone said anything..does anyone know what this number is

Just got a call from 88. Did not answer, no message left.  Hear this is another scam, if you call back they will charge you high $$$ just for the phone call and then they try to keep you on the line to rack up more $$$.

So this one says they are calling to let me know the Social Security Administration has issued an arrest warrant and to push one to speak to their investigator now. I did not push 1 obviously.

I'm getting these same calls to my work phone! If I don't know the number I don't answer! It's probably a scam!

my husband got the same call. we are reporting it to our local Social security office.
