- Czar| 1 replyCan the number 0888 be blocked to prevent future calls or messages?
- B-Edwards replies to CzarSome phone and service providers will let you block 4 digit numbers, some will not. You will have to look into that yourself. If it was a text, you have a better chance of blocking.

- JCGot a call yesterday from 0888. From Smart, needs my name and address. My sim card is old daw po and needs to be upgraded to 5g. I will receive it daw po in 5 days. We will see. Seems legit naman. Wala namang ibang hiningi other than name and address. When I initially declined because I don't know if legit sya or not, pwede ko naman po daw iprocess sa nearest smart branch.

- BenScammers often call to steal your personal information, especially if you are a registered postpaid phone user. Their goal is to gain access to your number and use it to make fraudulent calls to scam others. Once they have your information and control over your phone line or connection, the victims of the scam may trace the activity back to your postpaid number—making you appear as the suspect instead of the real scammer.
