I have rang the scrapyard seven times costing me around £19 pound or more one call must cost at £8 to 10 in one call explaining all about everything, I am sick and of it, send my money or do we go to small claims court. If you rang there is no record on my telephone machine

Our Breakeryard test number we were given from them was 08718757158. Breakeryard are a massive scam. I ordered to check the reports on 9th of March, was my order. It was a van part which was £230 + VAT from Vauxhall. I got a text saying £30 with 180 days guarantee and would be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded that day. So to start my investigation into these allegations about this Breakeryard premium phone line scam, rip off, con, whatever it is called, I ordered it on the spot. The date is now 19th March and the item was never sent. They are simply waiting for me to call to ask why at around £8 for 3 minutes. Then they will assure you they will send another. Then again a few days later will wait for you to call them again at £8. Eventually they will just say we will refund you your payment as they never had the part, but it will have cost you £20, £30, £40 in phone calls that they get the profits off so they are quids in. They don't even need to have a part for you. Avoid Breakeryard.com. It's a really bad rip off.

BreakersYard.com is  load of *****  ordered parts but I've thrown better parts away than was eventually delivered (i.e. ordered airbag and received a really old empty steering wheel).  Promised 2 day delivery and eventually got them 1 1/2 weeks later after numerous phone calls.  They instruct you to call their no. and keep you hanging on for ages while they check (forget about you) then they keep transferring you!!! obviously to make more money out of you.  Cost me a fortune for the calls and lost a weeks work waiting for the PREPAID parts so they've got you by the short and curlies.  Will never use them again and advice anyone I know not to.

I have had a bill for £5.90 which I didn't know was coming BUT the part i ordered and delivered was brand new. From the dealer would have cost me £!45.00 but from breakers yard came, including delivery and tax, at a paltry £49.99 so am in pocket  fitted perfectly and car is on the road after only a two day lay off. have used breakers yard several times and always have had satisfaction.

As the post before yours was 18th December and not visible to a casual browser, you have actually had to input the telephone number.  Now why would you do that?  You say you were happy with the part you got got and obviously not too worried by the Premium Rate call.  Could it be that your company has become aware that every post on here is negative and has decided to put on a fake positive?
