Caller Identifies number is provided from system generated list, acquired from online shopping activities. Possible telemarketer to suspicious phishing attempts.

    Call will
    1.) Identify your name
2.) Request number owner to opt in to whatever service is given.

Call will end abruptly when declined, Caller has no proper exit script which warrants suspicion of fraud.

Recommended to 1.) Label number as vishing and to block number, as telemarketers professionally use outbound calling tools and not personal numbers.

2.) Use paid number identifying service/app to label and build such blacklist of vishing or phishing/fraud activities e.g. TrueCaller.
