09065005008 is the number for technical support for Citadel Alarms £1 per mintue.

I Called Free Phone number and Citadel Alarms told me I would have to ring technical support and gave me this number I rang only to speak to the same person but now I was being CHARGE AT OVER £1.67 PER MINUTE for an 18 min call it cost £30.00
Beware of this company

just been looking at my phone bill on-line and noticed this number, which i had been calling to sort out alarm in new home i have just moved into, as cost me £46 - very angry

I am really annoyed that they charged me £58 for my call to their technical department to sort out my house alarm problem, and they could not even fix it!

What a con. Called this number for an Alarm Engineer. Left our details and expected a call back but nothing. we were charged over £8.00 just to leave our details and got no return call.

Never call this number. Tried to charge me nearly £700 to service my burglar alarm . Coerced me into giving bank details for a cheaper service and refused to give me my money back when I cancelled the next day.
