I am a Virgin Media customer and have a bill for £25.62 for a 20 minute call. WE WERE NOT AT HOME!!!!! Virgin say the number is from
A2B Telecom Ltd, 2 Kingsbridge, Old School Road, Hook Hants RG27 9NJ. and something to do with a dance studio company. A2B appear to be a company selling premium rate numbers.
Has anyone else come across this?

Tel. no. 09066646558 - I am also a Virgin Media customer, and I too have a bil for a 20 minute call for exactly the same amount - £25.62!!  Like you, i was at work and the children were at school.  Virgin say that it is a story telling service, and they have agreed to investigate the call, but say that if their engineer insists the call came from my phone, i will be charged £75.  I have told them to go ahead and investigate.  Did Virgin charge you to find out about the call, and did they remove the £25.62 from your bill?

Same here. Exactly the same duration and number. I've seen similar on another forum and all the 'victims' appear to be in the Enfield area. VM are looking into this and I have insisted they place PR call barring.

yes i live in enfield the same has happened to me. they took £28.17 off me.

exactly the same situation - 20 mins £25.62 09066646558  virgin media call charged to my phone when nobody was in the house- Virgin say they will charge to investigate and refund if I'm not lying!!!!!!!!!!! Must be some sort of additional consumer protection possible- clearly this is a scam
seems a bit odd that all tehse comments are from virgin customers....

£28 exc Vat. Virgin customer, Enfield area too. £90 investigation fee to investigate fault. Me thinks there wont be one... what's going on with this number then?
