This is the Telediscount number to phone a Polish mobile. It's a number I've used, but my latest Virgin phone bill has 9 calls to it that I can't explain.

well, I called virgin media and they said that they will have to investigate it. I still have to pay when the direct debit is due. However, if there technician find that we did not make the calls, then we will claim it back. If the technician does not find any faults at the exchange then we pay the bill plus £144 (I beleive VAT exc). So if the scammers of 09119220220 are smart and erase any trace, customers are left to foot the bill.

I have charges of £109 to this number made up of 175 calls between Jan & Jun 2009.  I have disputed this with BT and their contention is that they have proof that these calls were made from my home.  First investigation indicated that this is an overseas number and today they have given the impression that it is a chat line.  Can some one identify what kind of number it actually is?

My daughter's phone was stolen on sunday and before she told me & I got it blocked, they made a 3.5 hr call to this number - cost me £60, the thieving b*ds!
After a while searching on the web the best I can come up with is that it's owned by these people: -

This company have lots of web sites with lists of different access numbers all over the world (example: http://www.telediscount.co.uk/accessnumbers.php) I couldn't find an exact match though. I did find that the majority of google matches for this number seem to suggest it's used a lot by the Polish, but could have been anywhere!

My phone was stolen, this number was called, I now have a bill for £164.66. I've phoned 3 mobile, they've been quite helpful, but because I couldn't report my phone stolen and get it blocked until 20th of October (call was made on the 17th) I'm not too optimistic I'll get my money back. Waiting for them to call me. Beware of pick pockets in London.

Telediscount access number for overseas mobile numbers.

I think it is the telediscount number for overseas mobiles, I think in Botswana, but maybe other places as well.

This is a scam number charging £1.30 a min reverse calling.
