Its a roaming number, mean its a foreigner number who call you and globe make it appear with this number instead of the normal number. happen to me many times with different persons and I find out as I saw old thread with that number that I try to reply. Its annoying that globe do that. It always happen if a foreigner call you with his foreigner number but being in philippines, and sometimes when they are in there country too.
