People this is a well known PC scam operated from out of India. They try get you to do things on your computer and tell you the errors you are seeing is due to a security breach or virus, they then try to get you to goto a website to give them remote access to your computer. Once they have access they will try and find your bank/card details and any other financial information they can use to defraud you and take money from your card or bank account.

Microsoft does not call people in this way full stop - And the errors you see are standard computer operational errors that occur during normal computer use. They are not caused by a virus or by a security breach at all, they happen all the time and are completely harmless computer errors.

If they call you, just tell them to F off and hang up.
