had a call from 1000 every 5 mins for the last 6 hours who are these people

This 1000 # has called me between the hours of 2:00-4:00 and won't leave a message

I just received the same call from #1000 and didn't answer it. Later i searched it on the web, that's why i got to this thread, and knew that it is a customer service hotline number of PCCW / NOW TV here in HONGKONG. and was expecting that call today. That's all from HK.

I am getting calls from this number 24 hours a day for 4 days sometimes 1 to 2 calls an hour on 2 phone lines in house. Called phone company can't do much with no number to block. No one says anything. I've had it. I shut ringer off and block whiting my phone but it rings once. Tired. What can I do. Who the heck is this and why.. For what

I've been getting calls from +1 000 number every day for the last week and no message left but answered today and some rude guy who had some of my details told me my pc was hacked and was sending out emails to random people around the world and he would have to cancel my license?? Apparently by not giving him all my info and logging into my pc to give him more "verification" info about my pc then I am now liable for any judgements legally against me,looking at other posts here this is obviously a spam as they keep claiming to be different things,he is probably the hacker just trying to get an easy way in lol DONT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!!

Keeps calling my grandma and won't stop

I just received a call from this number and figured it was spam. As I was looking it up here, I received a voicemail notification. Strangely, it was from a California State Agency on Aging, whom I had called two days ago, via an 800 number requesting information. So the call was completely legit. Why it showed up as "1000" I don't know. Maybe that's just another version of "unknown" or "blocked," and the call could be from anyone.

I got the same call twice today....I didn't answer tho but I would like to know who it is!

Every 15 minutes I get a call from 1000, I have a VOIP phone, there is no one on the other end. It is driving me insane. HELP!!!!!

I have received calls from number 1000. What they want the first time I answered they hung up I just got one again I didn't answer this time how can I stop them

Living in QLD, Australia, I have been getting calls from "+1000." On a samsung galaxy S4, it just says not saved for the name... This has been happening for about 3 days now and i jave never answered, decided to look into it and found this, and, whaddya know, a call from +1000 interrupted my typing

Hello! Im from Bulgaria, number 1000 or anyone else was not called me, but one my schoolmate was called (just random) number 1000. And, on all the calls we get only strange sounds or crude words.. ._.

This no. calls me every minute of the day non stop...on my magic jack number...I have answered and I have not answered...no one picks up...either way I am getting no where fast.

Received a call from 1000 at 1:00 a.m.  Answered but no one there.  That same # then called 29 times from 1:00 a.m. until 4:00 a.m.!!!  What is this number and how can you stop it?

1000 or 1003 , If you are using SIP internet phone: This could be a spurious call from an Asterisk pbx - check the IP address it comes from and then do an IPlookup.  It could of course be your own Asterisk server if you have one.
