They just called me from The Boston Herald? They were asking for my parents (I'm 17). Its shocking they can find out they're names so easy.

Got a call. Never answer calls from fake #s, so didn't pick up.

I got a call from a 003 and two 1003.  Did not answer they r not phone numbers so I refuse to answer none phone numbers.

Got a call from 1003 twice and two other unknown numbers I answered the first and they claimed to be a college and asked for all my information I sidnt give it to them and they were extremely rude

I get numerous phone calls every day from the number 1003.  It's always someone with an Indian accent, & they are insistent on giving me college information that I don't want or need.  These calls start very early in the morning, & continue throughout the day.  I've told them I'm not interested, my daughter has told them I died, it doesn't matter, they keep calling.

Answered the 1003 had an Indian accent said there was a problem with my computer. Told him to stop calling and he replied with obscenities about my mother- this is great and they get away with it too. POS!

Took the time to answer this call and this [***] who could barely speak English told me I was granted a $10,000 loan from First Financial Bank. For the first few seconds I got excited then I realized I never replied for No loan when I asked him to send me an e-mail verification or give me a 800 number that I can call to verify he swore me up and down that if I gave him basic information about myself that he will connect me with his loan supervisor. I told him to go to Dick's Sporting Goods purchase a Glock 19 and shoot himself in the foot and I hung up. This is a definite scam do not waste your time answering their phone number with only 4 digits to it

I received a call from +1003 too. Im in Panama. I never answer just block it out, thats it!

got a call, didn't answer. got a second call, answered but said nothing to them and they were silent as well. just don't answer

I got a few calls from 1003 in the last week, never answered till today. They said my number had been selected for a free grant from the government that would not have to be paid back. I said, free money from the u s government, and they hung up.

Got a call a very foreign man saying he was with the "US Government Department" . I stopped him and told him to take that [***] somewhere else and hung up. Got no calls back

They just called me told me I qualified for a college grant i listened for a little they knew my address and everything in a little freaked out I hung up they called again I told them to get rid of my info I'm not interested and then haven't called back since

I have had 1003 and 003 BLOW up my phone today. They will not stop calling me. The first time they called I answered and listened to what she had to say. She said my phone number was picked randomly for a student grant. Told me things to say to get money without having to go to school, and i was like, isn't this fraudulent?? She said, nooo, nooo. She had my name, address, phone number, and email address already. I didn't have to give up any info! This is scary to think that people can so easy access your information! I hung up and have asked to be placed on the do not call list, and clearly they aren't doing it. I have had 15 calls from them this past hour...

I got a call from 1003, a number I cannot return a call to, and a foreign guy was trying to tell me that I had some government grant for college free to me. This number would end immediately after a certain amount of time it seemed for no apparent reason. Foreign guy finally stopped calling me when I told him I was already in college and had to get to class. It seems I have been getting a crap-ton of scam calls after trying to complete Dollargenerals drawing thing featured exactly on their receipts. Avoid dollargeneral and their serveys to win.
