I keep getting calls from a weird 3 digit number- 102... Ive never known of only 3 digits numbers ( besides 411 and 911).

My son and I both received a call from this 102 number tonight as well. Very strange to see just three digits show up. No message left. Hope someone will have insight to what this is.

My husband and I have been receiving calls from 100, 102, 103, and 105. We don't answer any calls from anyone we don't know. They leave no message. We do not ever try to call them back

Got a missed call from 102 today. Very strange, no message, no way to call back.

102 called immediately after a strange number from Iowa called, maybe it's related?

I keep receiving calls from a number simply labelled as +102, when i pickup they say 'Halo, halo?' and thats all I could hear as I instantly hung up :3

102 just called me. I answered. It was a very badly digitized robotic voice saying "Hello, your debit card has been locked. Dial 2 to speak to a customer service assistant.". I hung up. This is clearly a scam. But the three numbers thing is definitely strange.

This102 called me saying they were from the dept of education...What??

Sometimes they don't say nothing but tonight they knew my name they had a really strong accent sounded like an India one but I told them to stop calling my phone and hung up

Got this number from freeport health networks business office so my call from them was legit 1st time off a 102 number they left a voicemail tho so just be careful

Called my husband's phone at 1:00 a.m.

I just got that same voice mail. Wanted me to press 1. Scam for sure.

yes this guy has called me three times.  though it being a three digit number is not weird to me.  they use a computer program that allows you to change your caller id to any phone number that u wish.  so if u want it to be a three digit number then u can.  so definitely is some sort of spam caller.

um u also have 711, 611, and 811.  though i do believe that they are only in the US.

Received a call from 102 number. No message and I blocked it.
