I just got calls from the same numbers, they said I was selected along with 30 other people in my city to receive free financial aid. Then the African man on the phone started asking me if I had a diploma or ged, what year I graduated, what year I was born, and I hung up. They then called back three times on different numbers. They are trying to collect information on people to use it for financial gain.

I did answer.
This number called me. +1 012 underneath it said United States.

They called saying I was getting a large amount of money from the government and they knew my address, they asked if I knew why id be getting this money, now earlier this year what sounds like the same Indian man tried to do the its scam on me! So I said to him sounds like another scam should I let the local police know. " he asks did I ask for money to be sent?" SCAM!!!!! HE HUNG UP AFTER THAT. LOL
