Got a call from the number 103,caller ID reads Civil Defensa, person with South Asian accent asks if I am sitting in front of my computer and he is call from Windows Technical Support. When I ask what company and phone number he starts to read and 1-844- ... number and then the line gets disconnected immediately. This was extremely frustrating to receive this call. It seemed like one of the scam calls I have heard about where they tell you they are calling from Microsoft and then take control of your pc, then they something is horribly wrong and you have to pay them to fix the issue...anyone else get any calls?

Got a morning call from number "103" the other day. I didn't think that sounded legit so I deleted the call without answering. Hope it wasn't important, but it should have had some ID on it if it were. But nothing. Way too cryptic. Not wasting my time. Don't care who it was. Total BS.

Same number called twice today 9/15/2015.  I did not answer first time 10:32 AM.  Answered the second time 3 minutes later.  No one was on the line.

Got call from 103 yesterday and today.  Did not answer.

Received call on work phone.  Listened to voice message.  The person says something "bollow,  thank you".  I can't understand what he said.  The number is 512-103-2576.

This is weird ive had calls accross country before but with a number that long never seen it beforei typed the number in on google and there was nothing no company no area code nothing its kinda creepy gunna block the number heres the number +1031635340014651497

The same here. Can't find anything about this number...

The number is spoofed and picked to confuse and trick you into answering the calls - BUT - they don't want you to be able to call back.

Got a call today +1036905086 didn't answer no voicemail.

I am getting the last few days over 100 calls from the 103 number and a lot of times from +103, i am getting crazy is three any way to track it? I called already the 911 they told me the have no way to track it! they leave voice messages like, "you are a crazy man" anyone with any way to find out who it is our stop it?

You seriously called 911 over a phone call? You are lucky they didn't arrest you for abusing the system.
