I just received a call, no response on the other line, from a 4-digit phone number.

almost everyday,
almost same time in afternoon,
never leaves msg, we never pick up.

i get the same thing

I just got a call from 1103 as well. And yesterday from 1109.

got it also, called back and a man answered that he didn´t called me ??!

Just got a call from 1103. Arabic [***] that wanted me do go to my computer and enter a code!!
That isn't gonna happen!!

I received two calls yesterday from 116 Unknown Number (at 6:16 pm, August 6, 2011) and 1103 Unknown Number (at 7:40 pm, August 6, 2011). There was no answer from the caller's end in both instances.

It'ds some off-breed "YELLOW PAGES" solicitation.  The call our business daily.

March 29 2012 i just recived a phone call from 1103 and it was some jerk on the other end wanting to talk to my boyfriend and when i said No who is this they got rude with me and was like no is *O*H was there and so i cused him out and told him he was very rude and he could go *U*K himself

July 17, 2012 Receive constant calls from 4 digit numbers several times daily from 1103, 1114, 1115, 1119, 1112 trying to tell me they are sending me a medical card. I've been trying to get more information from them and the most I gotten was supposively the company they are calling from is Medical Dept. of Formal Plus but will not give me a phone number. When I ask further questions they hang up on me. Alot of the times they are rude and hang up. They have my address in their system and wanted to know what bank I use. I lied trying to get further info. I went a long with their call and and then they pass me to a supervisor for further process and I asked her for her number she gave me 09011517 and when I asked where they are located she hung up. I tried asking them to remove my number off their list and nothing.

I keep getting these calls also 1103 and its crazy cause this guy knows my name and i say this is her and he hangs up.. i wonder what its all about?????!

They wanted me to do something on my computer or put a code on my computer............?????????????????

Hi guys, I see now that we are not the only one to recieve the annoying unwanted calls from +1103 not sure of the location of others on this fórum, but I notified the others havn't had the + symbol on the number? I am in Brisbane Queensland Australia. We recieve these annoying calls, mostly with no response on the other end, on our landline on a regular basis, however I have no number display to identify the caller. Now I am recieving the same annoying calls on my mobile from that number +1103 I have the feeling it is related to information we have unknprobably supplied on the computer linked to a crooked team of scamming fraudsters, as we have had some bad experiences with telemarketers resulting in payments debited fr om our  bank account only to recieve absolutely nothing in return. We have since changed banking details and now refuse to take any telemarketer calls, regardless of who they claim to be!! Beware of one ustupuje rip off calls themselves BLUESAVER HOLIDAYS they are scammers I could tell lots more

I live in WA state, i keep getting this calls from 1103-,1113-,1102, when i pick up nobody answers on the other line, and when i don't pick up they don't leave a message, it is actually getting very annoying.

Just got a call fro 1103 number they also new my name and e-mail and told me I had virus's on my computer and they would help me.  I got a call yesterrday on my cell it was 000000000 number and they said I was getting federal grant money.  Don't know what this is about but our Goverment needs to address this syop looking at its own people and go after these theives.

Got a call from #1103...no one said anything...and they hung up...

I recieve a call from them once every two minutes. It randomly started happening, with no warning and now I cannot get them to stop. I tried to block them, but they continue to call me even though they are blocked. I also get calls from 1003.
