You can't. You won't. This is not a call you want to answer, only scammers do this sort of thing.

To Poster "Phone Call Comment":  111 might be a number YOU Call, not one that would be texting you. And that is only in areas concerned with NHS.  Most of the reports here were connected to calls and texts in the USA.
