annoying, 4 times already today, right after 345 498-2546 ( showing as cayman islands), cayman island i yelled at " don't you ever call me again- heavy accent said "why?" and i hung up. I believe i am getting these calls since half way going through a survey a few days ago, i am so stupid should have know better

Received a call from this company. Luckily they called once.  Do not wish to speak to them.

Recieved a call on my mobile in the middle of the night from this number and no message. Then again this AM and a woman in a soft voice asked for David Richardson. Not me. And she hung up.

this number along with many others keep calling me and harrassing me about some man named steven. i have told them all repeatedly there is no one by that name and stop calling me and they instist on calling me now today alone 67 times!i even called one of the numbers back and asked to speak to a manager and they said no and i said ok take my # off your list and they said ok and hung up yet i am still recieving calls. this is getting rediculous!

I received a call from a 111111111 number. it rang 2 times and then again a few minutes later but with 10 1's  in stead of 9 1's..very strange...i didn't
answer the call...and they did not leave a message...kinda weird. has never happened before.does anyone know who this is?

Got a call from 11111111. Didn't know who it was so I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.adding it to spam list on my phone.

Make this # stop calling me please. 7:30 in the morning.  It's not the first time this # has called late at night before too.  I don't know who is so I don't answer.

I have had 11 calls from this morning since before 05:30 this morning.  No answer when I answer it. Who is this????

ive gotten TWO calls from this # today between 6am and 7:55am. The first time they hung up as soon as I said hello, the last time i screamed into the phone for them to stop calling me and thats when they hung up again. I have blocked the #. i smell a scam.

Got a call in Singapore minutes ago from this (presumably US?) number but didn't pick up because it looked suspicious.

I receive this too.  It is really weird because it is my friend Kira.  She is not in government or any authoritative job, in fact she is an unemployed ex drug user on welfare.  We also live in Canada.  Her phone number is clearly not that when calling her.  It is 1-250-687-XXXX.  She has no idea how to fix it or why it comes up.  Also, weirdly, If she reaches my voicemail and decides to leave a call back number, it says the number is 1 685, just 1 685.  Wtf is this all about?  I wonder if her phone is tapped and it goes thru the tapper or hackers caller id disguise.  Weird hey?

Recieved a call on this number followed by a voicemail, the man had a distorted low voice and issued a threat to kill me at home or at work, then called me out by name
