You are repeatedly and annoyingly texting a number on the USA Do Not Call List. You do not identify who you are or who you represent.   This is my number xxxxxxxxxx. Well, this is an interesting conundrum and all I can do is speculate, but I think an earlier writer correctly identified the problem as being related to the T-Mobile (favorite 5 numbers) feature and, more specifically, when an AT&T user plugs his SIM card into a phone that was once used with T-Mobile as the old provider.  At least, this is specifically what happened to me, having inherited the old T-Mobile phone from my wife and I use AT&T.  The phone is an old Samsung G5230 and as soon as I started using it, I began receiving the +1121611611 message.  To eliminate them, I simply RESET the phone to factory settings and it cleared.

This will work with a number of other problems, as well.  For example IMEI messages that inform you to resend the message using a valid 10 digit telephone number.  RESET . . . the magic to cure many frustrating ills . . . .  Hope this works for others so you can get on with your days!

does anyone ever give any thought to the fbi sneaking in and monitoring you and all your callers?  as a victim, you should be aware that the government is sneaking into your cell phones and monitoring everything you do as well as everyone you talk to.  delete any messages immediately.  do not upload.  the only way to get this out of your phone is to go to factory settings and clean everything out and start over, but it may just be to late.  just make sure you always delete number asap

I was looking at those incidents happen since 2008 is been a long time and still nobody knows from where is this # 1121611611  ??
I send a mg twice to somebody immediately I get an answer saying that it was an error that I have to use a valid #    then I check on the destinatario and the mg went true...
SOO.. FROM WHERE THIS  # COME FROM ? ? ?

they keep leaving ;voice mail, vpice mail keelps asking for pin which i don't remember one  contacted att which sent a substitute pin which does not work

This number appears to be +1 (1) (216) 116-11 in some text message. I have no idea who it is.

Sound i like to know

These calls, texts are coming most likely from outside the US.  They spoof their number to make it look like a local number.  They are thieves trying to scam money.  LOTS OF SCAMS OUT THERE.  I'm at the point where I just don't answer calls from people I don't know. They aren't going to obey the do not call law because they are criminals in another country.
