The Feed Foundation scam. Block the number and report as a spam!
Googling the number leads to http:// 45.79.187.117 Which isn't an https (secure website) and it's marked as malicious by Virustotal. Don't visit the link!

You should learn how to use a search engine and how to figure out the results that it gives you. The Feed Foundation that you refer to is a phone number look up site that charges you money for results (yes, I have been there and there was no warning from my antivirus). Websites cannot make phone calls.

Thank you for the update. The virustotal community voted the website as malicious and googling the phone number as a common practice to offer the visitors malicious links.  The following is a comment on VTotal from 5 months ago.

Obviously that person, just like yourself did not go to that link and simply assumed that it was malicious. I've been there multiple times and never had a problem. There are people on that Virustotal website that don't know anything yet they claim to be "experts".
