    This is a scammer.  They want your hostname of your PC and to install malware or ransomeware.  Do not, under any circumstances, agree to help them in any way.  As a side note,  anyone claiming to be "The Microsoft", or from "Vindows" (phonetically speeded for your convenience), is a scammer and most assuredly NOT from a legitimate organization.
