I got a call from 11911 and he said he was from Police dept and wants to arrest me.
when I asked for the reason he ignored .. I said I wanted to call my (employer) HR as I was asked to do so in such cases , he said he will be sending someone to arrest me and then I can call anyone I wanted !

looks fake to me
his assent sounded indian/asian

even I got a similar call right now on 10th may 2017, same reason and accent sounded quite like Asian!

i got a similar calls twice from these numbers-11911today but i simply ignored.

Please don't give any information to them, It's a big scam. People might get some more call like your university degree is canceled or you have done credit card fraud etc. Please don't share your social security number or any information. You can reach out to a local police department near you and they will trap it down. This kind of thing happen only to people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.

I got a call just now. He said he is sending police to arrest me. I said OKAY, Im waiting. Then I disconnected the call immediately :)

Someone call me with the same no. 11911 and he said the same as ppl mentioned above but additionally he somehow connected me with IRS, and they told me because of tax issues i would be arrested, he offered me that we can solve it offline or i can go through the attorney,   And i simply said i wil go through attorney and he disconnected

i just get call from these number +11911 it's look like a pure fake call and there are connecting to IRS and i got call from IRS ( named as : suspected spam call ) these are cheaters. don't lessen to them just disconnect.

he had all information regarding my opt status. avoid it. cheaters.

I just got a call now. I didn't pick up thinking it was a scam which it was. I have read couple of these messages in this website and it all has to do with police and arresting. I am just 13 years old. Should I report this to the police?

Got these calls today stating he's adam Smith in a very weird accent and when I called his [***] that it's a scam, he got angry and told that don't move we'll trace your cellphone and come arrest you. Seriously, stop bothering people.
