1201

I received a call on my cell phone with the caller ID of 4 digits... 1201.  The recorded message said they were from Washington Mutual and my card had been de-activated.  Then proceeded to ask me for my 16 digit card number.  I hung up. Stinks of a scam to me.

i just got a call too, but i didnt pick up. i tried to call back but could not go thru.

I got the same call too. Didn't answer.

Got a call from 1201...................didn't answer.  They didn't leave a VM and I did not "re dial".........looked on Google and now find that it's a scam.

I've got the phone call today from 1201 on my caller ID. And recorded message was saying my debit card was deactivated. To reactivate they ask me to press all 16 digits of my card. Then I've disconnected the call. SCAM BIG TIME. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

I had a call from 1201 today   26/08/2011 Telling me that i had already paid £49  to stop unwanted calls.Lost card number and asked if i could tell them the number.I knmow it's a scam.But there are a lot of people who will fall for this crap.It has to be stopped

I am receiving numerous phone calls peer day and the display shows only #1201.

If anyone can track and find out the address of these scums, please write it here. There are ways to silence them.

Got one of the 1201 calls.  Ignored it yesterday, 1201 didn't leave a VM.  Answered today, no one on other end.

This has called and not left a message 12 times since 11/5. Twice a day most days.

They call several times a day and don't leave a voice mail. Just started within the past 5 days. I will not answer, but my number is on the do-not-call list. I don't know how to trace the source when there are only 4 digits. I'll like to report them, but without that info, I don't think I can.

NONE, JUST CONSTANT CALLS FROM 1201 ON ID.

I receive numerous calls from this number.  I wait for the message but "they" disconnect without leaving one.  In spite of the fact I do not pick up these calls are incessant AND I am on the Do Not Call registry.

This is very annoying, they call twice a day and I can't call block it because it's not 7 or 10 digits as required by my phone company. I wish the phone companies would spend just a little $ to go after Sh1*holes like these callers and yank their service and prosecute.

Just got a call from 1201...I answered it. They asked for me, I asked who they were (I didn't acknowledge they reached who they were asking for). They said Iugee, or something like that (pronounced eyeooohgee). I asked what company that was...they hung up. Male voice, with some type of accent, could tell they were in a room full of callers, lots of background noise. Don't ever give out ANY personal information!!!!!

if your # is on the national do not call registry after 31 days you can make a formal complaint to the fcc

keep getting phone calls from 1201.  wish it would stop.  caller id reads "unknown name"

I've received many calls from 1201 and 1200. When I pick up I get an indian asking me if I'm -name-. I never confirm if it's my name or not and I immediately ask back "Who are you and what do you want" and they always hang up right away. Short phone calls but 5+ a day is annoying as hell.

I got 3 calls today from + 1201 373 8356 but was in a meeting and couldn't answer. Also in SA?

Have been getting calls from "1201" and "201" at 30 minute intervals for the last month. They have been calling every single day constantly non-stop.. It surprises me how much time they have to call me every 30 minutes... I have blocked the 1201 via google voice (the logs show them still calling every 30 minutes with a huge number of logs). The 201 number is blocked on my local phone, but they still are calling causing my phone to ring. I hvae many logs of that too on my ooma screen.

I am on the do not call list, not sure why they spoofed their number and keep calling me.

The only time I answered the call, they said they were AT&T on a recorded line.
