Not sure how these crooks do this but caller id is unknown and call log reports only 1203.

Hey I received the same call and answer the phone, it was the passport agency in Connecticut, they were calling me regarding a paper I was missing

I recieved a call from this number and a woman told me that the government had chosen me for a grant.

Previous to this incoming call I was speaking to someone who works for one of the local government agencies....so I thought they were calling me back...(answering my inquiry ) but it wasn't... It was someone from us passport department.... Nothing of what the rep. Said seemed correct... I'm just confused

Has anyone has this number  call before ? I stopped answering these types of calls as they’ve all been scams lately trying to say it’s a bank or CRA or my pick up is ready . When I don’t use those banks or expecting any pick or delivery . Just wondering if anyone knows what it is ! No call back so I’m assuming it wasn’t important!
