i got 4 missed calls on my mobile number on Nov 13,2008 at 9.17 pm (Indonesia time) from +1234567 and i've tried to call back but it's hard to reach. just to inform, i live in Jakarta-Indonesia with country calling code +62. any clue?

I received a call from this number yesterday evening Ph: 1234567...has anyone any information who these caller are? Lady advised that she was calling from India (we have offices in India though)...however the context of the conversation was very suspicious..eventually she hung up as I was'nt having any of it.

I got one as well, it was night time like 11:00 pm and called me for 2 times, I was so scared and I didn't answer it.

about a month ago I recieved a call from 1234567 , she sounded from India, she was calling someone else. Like she got rhe wrong number. She said that she was calling from ''The State''! I thought maybe its the state office but those all have valid Az numbers and then I thought what if it someone in prison? It scared me. I think it was a scam. I get odd numbers now, not 7 didgets but 4 -5 strange. One knew my name and asked me which was a lie ''We understand that you owe for taxes'' Isaid no! They said are you sure and I said of course I am sure! They said ''ugh you pay your taxes every year and I said proudly Yes I do! They hung up ...Who  are these people and why are they always from India?

my boyfriend has been getting these calls but ignores it, as it is not a reconised number, who is it?

Probably con artists trying to rip you off.  This seems like a variant of the payday loan scam where they try and say a lawsuit will be filed against you if you don't pay them for a fake loan.

I have been rregularly receiving calls on this number from a person with an Asian accent stating that he is from a company called "PC Doctor" and offering to clean up my computer. He asks that I enter the Computer System Log (i.e. RUN eventvwr) and then points to the number of red icons indicating errors, of which there are usually many. He explains that these errors are the cause of my computer being slow and crashing (which not the case) and then asks to be allowed take remote control of my computer. He is very persistent. I do not know what his game is as I just hang up at that point.

He also uses other similar number combinations, such as 234567, etc.

He must think that I am some sort of idiot as he still continues to phone me.

We've received several calls from this number (we live in Canada).  We usually don't answer but last night we did.  It was a man with an Indian accent saying that their technical department had been receiving numerous error messages from our computer.  Yeah sure.  Hung up.

there calling about accident claims.......23 times they rang me whilst i was working......i txt em to pissoff and not call again....touch wood non so far!!!

i got seventy calls from this number in five days!

they called same as everyone else that said it i talked with him a while as he wanted to take control of my computer. i asked why and he said, because we have a virus so i let him do it him not knowing ive botted my computer. i have a bot which as a joke sais [***] off when people try to steal my information have 2 times. there in it to find your credit card number in my case he couldnt get through because ive modded my operating system to frawd numbers when people do that transfering all my credit cards to fake unreal numbers so there unstealable. i know this because he called back asking me what my credit card number was. i said tricked ya dumbass and hung up. hope it helps
