i had 5 calls from +12345678 then i answer and nobody speak and after 5 or 10 seconds the call end...what is this and who is this any body tell me

I also got call from +12345678. 3 times called. last time i shouted and cut the call.  One boy was talking . And he asked who i am.

I got 5 calls from this number +12345678, it sounded dubious to me. I normally do not receive call from unknown numbers. So I rejected the first 3 calls. But on 4th call i thought someone may be in need to talk so i picked up and the other side just keep asking "hello who is this" I told my name when I asked who is the person calling me they did not replied. Perhaps this is some type of hacking call or vishing or pishing attack to create problem or hack the smart phones. So 5th call which came after 3 minutes i declined and also reported to police as well to investigate. DO NOT ACCEPT THE CALL FROM NUMBER +12345678 IS WHAT I AM BEING TOLD BY POLICE.
