I was called by this number today and I googled the number to see what it was. Once I got on here and realised what it was I recorded the conversation and here it is:

I just got a call from this number ... "Allen" [A Middle-Eastern speaking man] told me he was from Microsoft and my computer needed a safety check because go hackers. S C A M
*I played along to waste his time but inevitably I have an apple computer so he hung up. Ha! Ha!

I got a call tonight from that number. It was an arab i could hardly understand. Said that they were from windows and were calling to telling me that my computer was under attack and that their was malacious stuff being downloaded..... wtf at 8:30 at night. Scammers really this late at night....

This number has called me 3 times  within 20 minutes.  I don't answer it.  The called me yesterday too!

I keep getting calls from this number but I don't answer it last time they called I woman was on the phone and kept saying hello hello hello who is this?

Answered for the heck of it, no one on the line, a couple of clicks and then the dial tone as if someone hung up.

I have had dozens of calls from this number. I have never answered it as it obviously some sort of scam call. I have simply put the fools on reject.

Says they are from microsoft calling about computer.  New it was a scam the moment I saw the number.  We have a computer provider so I just hung up.  The guy clearly didn't speak English well.

Two days back i got call from the same number twice. I received the call but there was no answer from the other end and they hung up for a while and then disconnected. Do it got any involvement with notoriety or criminal offenses?  Do i need to inform it to cyber cell?

Everyday calls,does not answer. irritates a lot.

1-123-456-7891  Someone that does not speak English well stating that there are hackers out there and they might be hacking me told him I am on a do not call list and not to call again

Called me twice today. I'm in the UK and my phone shows the calls come from Salem OH. I answered the second on, though I know nobody in Ohio. Dead line followed by call cutting off tone.

Anyone actually know where these calls originate from?

I keep getting calls from the above number, its a nuisance caller and I want it to end.

They called, I answered, they hung up - this is the fourth time they have rung, are they just trying to get numbers that work?

Nuisance. Seems to be linked with +8000488803 both calling similar times on a number of occasions

Have had lots of missed calls from this number, or answered and no-one there.... until today.  First the caller said they were working for a government agency - but he wouldnt tell me which one.  Then said he was calling from a firm called Pensions Specialist Limited.  He asked lots of questions re deferred pensions and told me that the goverment have said thre are 2 providers in the market overcharging people and this will take away my money from retirement.  I asked him to name the comapnies - he wouldn't and kpet instisting I should have my pensions reviewed. He said it was a free service with an IFA.  He was unlikely to get me (pensions is my day job) and when I said not to assume higher charges are necessarily bad and that fees and charges would vary with the types of funds I might invest in and the level of support services, hung up on me.  I also asked for his name and the company contact details - which he said I could have, but wouldn't give me until I agred to follow up with them.  He hung up on me.

Had two call from this number today  the 12th December 2013, I was driving so I did not take the  calls, on checking this when I came home as it was  a concern the telephone number being, 123456789 this was a bit of a warning, how much would this number cost here in the UK ?

Not sure what the call is about no chance I am calling them back, I  will try and answer them next time they phone and will report what they say.
