Weather texting

How can u unsubsribe the text messages from 129133 no?

Text from 129133 says;

"No subscriptions for mobile: 6141X706XXX and service ID: 101616."

(I put the x's in for privacy reasons)
No idea what it's for

I just received same message from this number too

its Perth weather report,but i live in QLD.
i will never open it though! How can I unsubscribe, so annoying!!

I keep getting a message at the same time everyday stating its a weather report from the number 129133.

Every day at 8.31am (assume eastern time) I get a text message which costs me 25cents. I am on a 365 day vodaphone plan and it is annoying to see my credit being eaten away by this annoying message. I have a Nokia Lumina 630 with Windows 8.1 installed. I have even unpinned the weather app. Help!!!

I used Vodafone, and I have some setting to stop the  Premium SMS. hopefully tmr i will not get it again.
found out it charged me 0.22 per time.

I am receiving texts from this number and have not subscribed. It also costs even when I have blocked this message.

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from this? i am with vodafone. I presume it is from ABC weather/Perth how does one get in touch
